I told you about this back in January

If you go back to my January 10th post, this is one of the items I said I liked at CES.  It's always fun when you pick a hit.

Warpia Ships PC-To-TV Streaming Products

Greg Tarr -- TWICE, 4/19/2011

San Jose, Calif. - Warpia, a connectivity solutions provider, is now shipping a pair of wireless PC-to-TV streaming solutions in the StreamHD and Wireless USB PC to TV Display Adapter.

The products, which are available now through BestBuy.com, allow for wireless streaming of any content from a laptop or computer to a big screen TV or projector.

In addition to viewing standard PC content on a larger display, the products will enable accessing a wide variety of online services to stream TV shows and movies such as BestBuy's CinemaNow service, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and YouTube, without the need of a cable, teleco, or satellite TV service provider.

The Warpia wireless USB solutions consist of a USB dongle and a receiver that contains an HDMI or VGA port (accessible on any TV or monitor).

Warpia said that unlike other PC-to-TV solutions, the Warpia Adapter does not restrict what sites can be viewed - the display will mirror the exact image on your laptop.

The StreamHD ($170 suggested retail) allows streaming HD signals up to 1,920 by 1,280 pixel resolution and has 5.1-channel surround sound.

The Warpia A/V adapter $130 suggested retail) achieves 32-bit true color depth for high quality images with a 720p HD resolution and 16-bit stereo sound.

Both will transmit from the PC to the TV for a distance of up to 30 feet.
